product question about MCTS

  Hi There,
  
  I wanted to find out more about the MCTS courses, i have looked through the Microsoft website and couldnt work something out. I though you pro's might know a bit more about the actual certification.
  
  What i wanted to know is, Microsoft list all the MCTS certs on their site; (http://www.microsoft.com/learning/mcp/mcts/default.mspx)
  
  Take one example, Technology Specialist: .NET Framework 2.0 Web Applications. you are required to pass 2 exams 70–536 and 70–528. My question is that each exam is labled as MCTS, so does that mean after passing the first exam I will have the MCTS cert? or do i only get the MCTS after completing both exams?
  
  If you do get an MCTS for passing one exam why do Microsoft not put that in with the list on the MCTS page, and if you dont then why are they labled individually as MCTS?
