best training videos for n+ and MCITP server administrator

hi all
i am shifting from software development to server domain and in need for guidance for the best training videos/books to understand in depth of networks and get very good knowledge on MCITP server administrator course.
want to gain enough knowledge so that i am able to challenge others
any help/suggestions will be appreciated

09/جمادى الثانية/1433 04:44 مالمجيب على الأسئلة TestOut, Trainsignal and CBT Nuggets all have good video training for these areas. I believe TestOut and Trainsignal also include written (via PDF's) material along with sample tests.

Just a small addition to what Charles already said, TechNet Virtual Labs would be another usefull source.
