MVC 4 Mobile & JQuery Mobile Theme

  I've built a few test MVC 4 Mobile applications and everything seems to work fine... I'm still struggling with some of the bundling, but doing some digging I found the BundleConfig.cs file and I have at least a clue...

  My question is, I've gone out to Jquery Mobile Theme Roller and created a custom theme... I actually took the default (themes a through e), imported that first (from the jquery link in the upper right hand corner). Then I cloned theme "E" into theme "F", made some modifications to that, and finally made one or two changes to the base (turned the base default Blue to Orange just for fun). My question is... How do I now use this new theme?

  Perhaps I've missed something somewhere, but I have replaced both "jquery.mobile-1.1.0.css" and  "jquery.mobile-1.1.0.min.css", and changed the _layout.cshtml file to use theme "f"... I get part of the theme colors, but it doesn't seem to show my new theme changes... Is there something else I need to do? Is there perhaps some better instructions on how to use a new theme structure?

  Any help would be much appreciated.
