Edge with 4 nics, how to setup static routing/default gateways?

Internal Interface: 10.148.10.10
Access Edge: 10.148.10.11
Web Conferencing: 10.148.10.12
A/V Edge: 66.160.10.10
Currently I have static routes setup for the internal interface for the OCS front end and OCS director pools. I have a default gateway set on the access edge and a/v edge. Is this correct? The reason this is brought up is because there seems to be routing issues with the web conferencing service that is causing live meeting to fail.
My question is what is the correct way to setup routing on an edge box that has 4 nics?

Brock,
Take a look at these blog articles and you should have the answers you need. The OS version used on the Edge server drives the best practice configuration, see the first link for details on that specifically.
