Can someone clarify the whether the security benefits of deploying a Director server also apply if you are only deploying the web conferencing roll. (Basically does the web conferencing edge server generate SIP traffic that can be next hopped to the Director.
It's not possible to deploy only the web conferencing server role because the Live Meeting client uses to SIP to locate and connect to the web conferencing services. As a result you will need the Access Edge role because the web conferencing role itself does not handle SIP.
