Locked Average Incoming Message Processing Time

    Hi,

     

    I noticed the following problem in our Edge server log:

     

    LCTongue TiedIP - 02 - Protocol: SIP - 021 - Average Incoming Message Processing Time: value = 5.15885526315789

     

     

    What is the normal Average Incoming Message Processing Time?  And how can I reduce this, the server is not busy because this usually happens around 5:00 AM!!

      I don't see that in my logs on any of the Edge roles. You might want to check and verify your ports that are open on either side of the Edge server (Internet and inside). If retries and fallback happen, you might get some delays.
