Un-able to choose Fix-it-Center options. after selecting "Run" the FIX it Center UN-ABLE to select 1 of the 2 options, UN-Able to select next button .........Why whats wrong?

   When pushing the run button, Fix-It then has 2 options

  Option 1

  Detect problem and apply fixes for me (Recommended)

  Option 2

  Detect problen and let me select the fixes to apply

  I am UN-ABLE to select Option 1, and un-able to click the NEXT button. Why is this happening what is blocking me from selecting option 1
