Currently my desktop pc is turning off auto updates on its own. I've run scans sometimes they complete and say all is okay, sometimes OonCare will close in middle of scan. I've tried to run microsoft malware removal tool, but soon as file extraction is done it closes program. Online safety scanner trough One Care will not complete closes program. I've uninstalled and installed OneCare 4 times. Currently running another complete scan to see if anything shows up or if it closes OneCare again. Seen two different files show up in previous scans but did not write down just hit clean. one was something like win32/undo? and the other was winNT/backdoor?.. Any help would be greatly appreciated..If files pop up on current active scan i will update post.
