09/جمادى الثانية/1431 04:10 مthe icon turns red and now I cannot get the virus and spyware back on and every time I try to do it manually in the control panel it wont stay on???? Help pllease / Windows update is failing as well every time it tries to update 11 items dont install....?????

You probably also want to check your computer date and time.
Right click the clock in the system tray. Select Adjust Date and Time.
Verify and correct the month, day, year, hour, minutes and time zone.
Reboot if you changed any of the above.
If that does not resolve the issue, please open a support case.
