05/جمادى الثانية/1430 02:09 مI am having troube with my onecare. The light is red and it says it needs to update. I try to update manualy but it is unable. I have reset the clock, and reset the permissions but still it is red.
Also it now seems to be running the tune up repeatidly as the last one stops. It is currently set to run 1 x week (sundays)
Any help would be greatly appriciated... Thanks
Previous to all this i preformed a system restore (48 hours +). This is the first time i have had this problem after a restore.
I have preformed a virus scan with another software that I keep off normally.

05/جمادى الثانية/1430 02:34 مالمشرفNormally to resolve the update issue I would recommend the database reset tool - http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=4bc2594b-95ab-4235-b5b8-41656b38480f&DisplayLang=en but with the strange behavior of tune up also being an issue it just might be better to uninstall One Care, run the install cleanup tool - http://social.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/onecareinstallandactivate/thread/399071e2-49dc-4767-932d-d261e3965943 then reinstall One Care.
