Unexpected Error when Authority Shortage on PWA

When I click link in PWA to page, if authority shortage, error message say "Unexpected Error" (in Japanese "予期しないエラー").
Ex. following operations.
-1. In Project Center, team member click/select some project.
-2. In Project Center, team member click "Project Rights" in Ribbon.
That is Unkindness.
I think PWA 2007 use error messasge, "Authority Shortage".
Why error message don't PWA 2010 use "Authority Shortage" ?

I am not quite sure what you mean by "Authority Shortage". Is that "Access Denied"? Is the issue that you are expecting something to the effect of "Access Denied" but see "Unexpected Error"?

Thank you for your advice.
Sorry I have a mistake, "Access Denied" is correct, "Authority Shortage" is wrong.
And then, I can see "Access Denied" by following operations.
-1. Open some maintainance page(ex. View maintainance) in Server Settings on PWA with Project Server Administrator.
-2. Change another user such as project member.
-3. Show "Access Denied"
This case is expectedly, OK.
But operations in first post show "Unexpected Error".
I hope this case to shows "Access Denied" too.

Ok, I see. When I try it on my system, I get the expected error stating that you as a user don't have sufficient permissions, so this has been fixed for RTM it seems.
