a problem in timesheet

  In microsoft project server 2010 there is one problem for me. when I am assigning one task to one of resources the sum of PLANNED TIMES in timesheet are not true and doesn't follow of project plan.Also start and finish of the task in timesheet is not based on plan of the project.

  please tell me why this problem happens, and is there any way to solve it?
