Unanswered problem with synctoy

    Some time ago I ionstalled synctoy on my machine, running windows 7.

    I use it to back up my E:\ disk to my F:\ disk regularly, for safety;s sake and to permanently have a complete backup.

    Since yesterday I am experiencing the following problem.

    After starting synctoy and pressing on "run" I get the following message.

    What could be the matter and what can I do to change it?
