My Accer got frozen ever 20min?

  Hello My friends I have a Accer laptop and i have got a problem when ever i work on my laptop after 20min the computer got frozen it totally stops so i even cannot restart it i have to turn it of by the on/off power button.
  Can someone tell what the problem is? Plzz
