Setting the cluster to clean state without the re-installation?

  Because I now have more problems after installing service pack 3 I'm thinking of reinstalling the whole cluster.
  Additional problem I have is something other people already have. It is described here:

  Is there a way to somehow reboot the cluster to a clean state? What I mean is to clean every job, every diagnostics, every operations and similar and leave the configuration and users intact?
