I have called Microsoft about this and basically all they have to say is they are aware of the problem and are working on it.
Problem is this has been going on for about six weeks now, and I can't even remote compute to my clients.
It may be a server problem here in California since I have people in Northern and Southern CA all having the same issue.
Someone had mentioned adjusting settings in Component Services but all that did was to crash that application when I tried to make the changes.
