    Hi All,

     

    So My problem is that when I'm calling from internal user to our codian 4200 MCU everything works fine, and when I'm calling from exteranl user to internal user and vice versa everythig works fine. But when I'm trying to call MCU from external user it starting to call to the MCU OC start calling to MCU, but after this is shown "Connetcing call" but I cannot see anything, and on the MCU i see that oc client connect but in the OC there all the time sign "Connecting call".

      Dont know if this will help you, but I had a similar problem, in my case the Codian 4200 was trying to call MOC with a video-codec that wasnt supported by MOC.

      I had to change the conference settings in the Codian to only support H.263 for video and G.711 for audio (for outgoing calls)
