I can't seem to get phone numbers for our OCS contacts to display in Communicator. I've read through Jeff Schertz his blog about normalization on Pointbridge Blogs and learned a lot about the process, but I still can't figure out why the numbers don't show up in my case as we use E.164 numbers in our AD and normalization shouldn't be an issue.
When I convert the generated lsabs to text with 'abserver.exe -dumpfile', the phone numbers show up, so importing from AD seems to work fine. Furthermore when I open galcontacts.db on the client I can also see phonenumers in the correct format. An example number I've assigned to a user is +31655555555 (homephone and mobile) which, as far as I know, is a number that Communicator should be able to display.
