Hi there we have built a utility that performs auto mailing to some of our customers based on certain criteria. The issue I am having is that when an email goes out to an address that is not valid and bounces back I do not know where it goes. I have checked all the mailboxes and areas that I would think it would go to.
Does anyone know where bounced back emails go when sent from CRM?

have u installed Email Router?if yes then the Bounced emails are Arrived at ur EmailRouter then are routed to the Email address that u mentioned in CrmRouter..take a look at that thing.

You can check it from your CRM Workflow Monitor...Not sure but I think It may give you this email as "PAUSED"...
CRM-Exchange Email Router doen't do such jobs. It just defines rule on mailboxes.

Thanks for all your replies, I had previously checked everything out and found nothing there. I installed the CRM update rollup 2 on my crm server and that did the trick.
