    DEAR ALL;

     

    before asking about the integration of CRM 3.0 and Ms GP 10 please anyone tell me that what are the advantages of that integration. hows can it boost up the businesss processes and specially the SALES PROCESSES.

     

    now the integration!!!!

     

    what is the complexity level for integrating the CRM 3 with GP 10. i had studied some documentation regarding CRM connector to GP but i guess it is suuported for CRM3 to GP 9 if i am not wrong. what are the steps for the integration, the advantages, Sales processes and the complexities/ percautions in doing so. Need urgent help.

    Dear Khizar,

     

    My Brother, so far CRM 3.0 is not for GP 10, and MS CRM 4.0 have not any connector it will be release in June for GP 10. ( not release date, i got date from some person).

     

    You can achieve this through custom development by using Biztalk Adapter or Write plugins.
