Recorde creation in Callout

  Hi,

   

  I am unable to create TASK through callout.I am using precreate.

   

  Could anybody tell me...!!

  Is it possible to create TASK either any entity record through callout.

   

  it is throughing SOAP exception.

  I am using MSCRM 3.0
