I received an email, when i try to track in CRM using the Outlook Plugin following errors occure:
A SQL Server error occurred. Try this action again. If the problem continues, check the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Community for solutions or contact your organization's Microsoft Dynamics CRM Administrator. Finally, you can contact Microsoft Support.
There is nothing special about this email but i cannot track it...
Then i just forward this mail to myself, try to track it again and then it WORKS ???
So what could be the reason that the original mail could not be tracked?
