Creating Reports With Sales Quotas?

  Hello, I can't seem to figure out how to create reports from the data in sales quotas for users like what was projected of them versus what they actually achieved.

   

  I already set the fiscal year settings and added all the dollar amounts in the users, but now I need to find where I can actually create a report for my users. Also, where would I input what they actually achieved? Thanks!
