     i  open one incident form and open Actions menü Create Activity and select Service Appointment. Woow Service Activity open  . Microsoft very skillfull.  Customers field only Contains Account and Contact.  Customer filed selected record name is  customernameCustomer. What is Customer? i don't write a manualy Javascript. if i select Contact Customer filed name is contactnameCustomer. So everything is Customer in Customers Field. Why Microsoft need write Customer word?
