    Hi,

     

    In CRM is it possible to design parent child relationship between cases. i.e one case can contain 2 child cases and the parent cases cannot be closed until these two child cases are closed

     

    Kindly advice

    This can't be done in CRM 3.0. It may be possible in CRM 4.0 to create the relationship, but you'll still need to write the logic to check if whether a parent case could be closed, which would probably

    The self-relationship has been sorted in CRM 4.0.
