Installation media?

  A common issue for me is that when I arrive at a customers site / house, I will at some point need their windows installation media disk/s and the customer has either lost of damaged them. Obviously going out and buying a set  of disks for each Microsoft product is prohibitively expensive, so where can we get a copy of the software to use in these situations where the customer's PC has a legitimate product sticker and code?
