Unfortunately, the installed copy of Microsoft Office Professional Edition 2003 is indeed "non-genuine". It is a "Volume License" which is no longer valid as the original owner has reported the license lost, stolen or misused to Microsoft Corporation. In order to resolve this issue, uninstall the non-genuine copy of Microsoft Office and purchas a "genuine" Microsoft Office suite which is available from the Microsoft Store.
