    When deleting mail from my inbox, my windows mail systen has started instead of putting the mails into the deleted items box, the mails are permanently deleted. 
    It has worked correctly before, but recently it has started as said above.

    Any wsuggestions

    Go tool-> Recover Deleted Itmes

    you can see Items in Recovery list  this way you can find the Item 

    Please note if you press shift + delete it can't be recovered in this method
