    Hello arrry,

    Based on the mgadiag report, your installation of XP Pro, as well as your installation of Office Enterprise 2007, did not go counterfeit because you changed your motherboard.

    These products were already counterfeit, it's just that installing the new motherboard caused you to have to either repair reinstall, or freshly install, your XP.  This new re/installation then sent you thru the activation process, which picked up on the fact that your XP and Office are nongenuine due to being widely pirated and now blocked Volume licenses.  These two extracts from the report show it ("VLK" means Volume Licensing Key):

    What materials do you have for Windows and Office? To be legitimate, in most cases you would need genuine Microsoft hologram installation discs paired with Certificates Of Authenticity (OEM CoAs or retail CoAs).  For Office, another possibility is an account at the Microsoft Store (www.microsoftstore.com) that shows you purchased Office.

    Do you have anything along those lines?

    I think your staement that my 'windows XP Pro was already counterfeit' is initself ingenuine. Your method of detecting the genuineity has some error.

    I have the original hologram CD of Windows pro version 2002 along with me. Till before repairing, I was updating my windows with out any problem but it shows that this is counterfeit.

    Kindly suggest some genuine solution...

    Dan is perfectly correct in his analysis - the Key in use in your Windows installation is a Volume License Key, which has been Blocked by MS, presumably for abuse.
    It is not possible for member of the public to legally purchase single copies of XP Pro with a Volume License Key.
    If the Key in your report agrees with the Key that is in your package, then you have a counterfeit package. If the Key in the report differs from the Key in your package, then you should try using the Product Key Update Tool to change the Key to the one from your package.
     
    As far as Office is concerned, the version you have is also a Blocked Volume License Key - there is no alternative there but to uninstall the current version and install a legitimate one, using a legitimate K.ey

    Hello arrry,

    Genuine retail or systembuilder/OEM licenses for Windows XP Pro would be accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity (CoA) along with a genuine Microsoft hologram installation disc.

    It sounds like you have the disc, but do you have the CoA?  A retail license would have the CoA on the retail package and would have the product key printed on a yellow-orange Proof of License label inside the retail package.  A systembuilder/OEM license would have the product key printed on the CoA itself and such CoA should be affixed to the computer's case.

    Does your disc have this printed on it:  Volume Licensing; or All use subject to separate volume license agreement; or Illegal without separate volume licensing agreement?
