    I have tried all that I know to use this software & for some reason I keep getting the same old messages: We are unable to find the page you requested.  Please close the window & relaunch AT&T Self Support Tool to try again.

    I also get Error 401 - Unauthorized.

      Solution:

      Start -> Control Panel -> Programs and features

      Find the "AT&T Self Support Tool" and click on it. Then click the button to "Uninstall"

      These self-support tools are pretty worthless and annoying.
