Blinking pointer

23. září 2009 21:54About 3 hours ago the problem started. I can enter the internet and navigate without a problem, but when I use the yahoo or windows live search box, after taking me to the place I want, the pointer starts to blink and then nothing works, only control, alt del. I started the internet several times and is always the same thing. I have windows live one care as my antivirus, and I already made a complete tune up and it didn't find any problem. Can someone help? P. S. I discover that this happens as soon as the "smart shopper" side bar appears. I know how to snooze it, but not how to delete it.

If you are unable to remove "Smart Shopper"and OneCare did not detect or cannot remove the ad-ware, please contact support to report this and for help with removal.
