    Hi,

     

    Quarantine failed, and file can't be located.

     

    One care can't locate exact email it is in.

     

    Do we know of another way to locate it?

    Note that the support log, (change settings/logging/create support log) will show more details about the location, though you will still need to locate the message in your mail store and delete the attachment or the message.
