Configeration problems for QuickBooks

I am having a problem when I close QuickBooks Pro 2008, "Adaptive Server Anywhere Database Engine has stopped working." I have worked with QuickBooks tech support several times and we have finally determined that the problem is related to the Windows Live OneCare Anti-Virus Anti-SpyWare scanner. I have tried numerous configerations for the scanner but the only way to get QuickBooks to work properly is to turn off the Anti-virus Anti-SpyWare scanner.

hmmm there might be some conflict between the 2 products WLOC and quickbook, as per you initial description of concerns.
