    I have a dozen or so backup discs from a previous computer made using OneCare. With OneCare no longer available, how do I get the songs/pictures/files/etc off the backup discs and onto my new computer? I'm not terribly knowledgeable about computers and when I try to open or copy the files on the backup discs I just see gobbledygook. I did this before when the new computer had OneCare installed and it was a breeze. Is there anyway to do it now without OneCare on the new machine? Help Mr. Wizard!

        Ahh, Thank you so much, Master Yoda, I mean Moderator JimR1. It's so nice to have someone who knows what's going on and is willing to share with a humble chiropractor.  I have downloaded the restore tool and as soon as I find the box the discs are in I will give it a go. Once again, you have my gratitude. Thank you.
