I'm curious as to the acceptable use of the songs created through Songsmith. I'm sure the creations can be used in a non-commercial setting, but what about as part of a commercial song? How about as part of a video project that will be posted online on a website like YouTube? Or my own website? What are the specific parameters that this music can be implemented? Any details would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks for your interest in Songsmith!

Anything you create in Songsmith is yours, with no strings attached on our part. We'd _love_ it if you posted your creations on YouTube or on your own Web site!

Of course if you sing someone else's songs into Songsmith, you may have other issues around the original artist's copyright, but _we_ don't own any copyright over anything you create in Songsmith, so if you create an original song in Songsmith, it belongs to you and you alone.

    Happy Songsmith'ing!
