Proposed My Bookmark link on forum pages

    I think it would be useful to have a tab link to "My Bookmarks" on forum pages, beside/along-with Forums Home, Browse Users, My Profile, My threads, and My Alerts.

    I think we're looking at the nav and how it can be improved across the platform. Good suggestion, though.
