Wasted vertical space

  The ui of the forums wastes a lot of vertical space in my opinion. Here are some areas I think are wasteful. (I'm using IE7)
  
  

  1. Below the logo image Microsoft Expression at the top, the text "Microsoft Expression Forums" appears. That seems redundant and unnecessary. It goes to the same place as the Forums button below it./
     
  2. There is a heck of a lot of wasted space from between this line of buttons
     
     Forums Browse Users My Profile My Threads My Alerts
     
     and the breadcrumb
     
     Microsoft Expression > Forums > Suggestions and Feedback for the Forums
     
  3. There's a lot of white space from between the page # breadcrumb that appears before all posts and the first post.  Ditto for the page # breadcrumb that appears after all posts...there's a lot of space below it.
