Locked sending email to sharepoint

    Hi,

    I am using sharepoint services 3.0, my users need to post an item by email to the sharepoint site, this has been working normally when they send an email from internally network, but it will fail when send from externally , examply from hotmail.com account.Is anything I need to configure or to publich an MX record.

    Pls advice.
