Anyone know if MSPress are still publishing the ExamPrep Books - Study Guide plus Lab Book packs???

  Microsoft Press publishes the Self-Paced Training Kits to support the Microsoft certification exams. The Training Kits include lessons, labs and practices, review questions, practice tests, an exam discount voucher, and, when available, a trial version of the software. These are available at both online and "brick and mortar" bookstores.
  
  There also is a Microsoft Official Academic Course that packages a textbook, lab manual and software. You can find out more about these coursebooks here:
