I would have several doubts regarding microsoft certified.
I would like to take this test, what material should I buy? how much does the exam? how do I register? How long is the certificate? The exam is a single session to the computer?

most of the information can be found on this site - http://www.microsoft.com/learning/en/us/exam.aspx?id=70-511
You can schedule the exam through the Prometric site - http://prometric.com/default.htm
The other points like the costs and the length of the exam depends on where you're located and if your taking the exam in your native language. The format of the exam can change. Microsoft will not reveal information about details of the exam.
