    Can anybody help?

    I purchased and downloaded Auto Collage abot 2 years ago and it worked ok and I created some great photo collages.

    However I had not used the progrom for about 6 monnths until last week, when I clicked on my desktop icon the program started to load but then stopped and a window appeard with the message "The feature you are trying to use is on a network resourcethat is unavailable" No matter what I tried I could not get the program to run.

    I decided to buy another download of Auto Collage from the Microsoft online store. When this was done I found that this new program would not run either. I am now in the situation where I cannot uninstall my old Auto Collage program or install my new purchase.

    can anyone help?

    I have managed to resolve the problem with help from a friend. For the benefit of anyone who has the same problem here is how I resolved this problem.

    I downloaded the "Microsoft Install clean up " program that allowed me to remove my old AutoCollage Program that would not uninstall using Programs & Features in Control Panel. After the old AutoCollage program was removed I was able to install my new program and register with my new reg. key.

    Hope this may hepl others who have the same problem

    I had the same problem when I bought the download last month and got the same error message.  I was also thinking of re-purchasing the Auto Collage, but thanks to you, I won't even try.  Hopefully, someone can answer us.
