    Hi -

    There are several Open Leads in our system and I'd like to Convert them all at once rather than having to do so for each individually. Is there a way to do so? The Convert Leads button is not found in the Advanced Find view nor is it an option in "More Actions."

    You can convert them in the Lead public view... The button Convert is not available in Advanced Find.

    Or you can add leads to a marketing list, and on the list there is a button to convert all the leads.

    Three ways of accomplishing the same activity.. not bad... :)

    Great flexibility.. but no wonder why some clients get confused of all the "correct crm way".

    Hello,

    I believe that guys forgot what is CRM 4.0.

    Actually bulk converting of leads functionality didn't exist in CRM 4.0.

    Anyway you have following ways out for your requirements:

    1. Create Custom ASP.Net Page/Html Page for bulk conversion and Add custom Button to Leads' Grid using ISV config.

    2. Create Custom Workflow action which will convert lead and create On-Demand Workflow which will use this action.

    3. Create Plugin that will be triggered on Update of some custom attribute and will convert Lead. This attribute can be updated via Bulk-Edit dialogue or on-demand workflow.
