  Thanks for so many links.

  Unfortunetly I don't need changes in OUTLOOK, and also don't need changes in service calendar.

  I need to change standard calendar view in CRM2011 web. This view is provided in first post,  is it possible?

  The CRM web client Calendar is not customizable. You would need to develop a custom calendar web page in order to meet your requirement, or implement a third-party add-on such as Group Calendar.
