    I am programatically creating an Invoice and Invoice Detail Entity using web services in CRM 2011. We are not creating any orders just invoices.

    The issue that I am having is some of the information is not comming all the way through, like Totals(amount,detail,tax).
    When I go into CRM and open up the created invoice, up top displays Missing Price List. Would this have anything to do with Totals not displaying?

    New to CRM so if I left any additional detail out, let me know.

    Yes it can impact. In general  pricing in MS CRM is defined by price list item which has amount field. Price List item is a middle entity between product and price list. 

    I will recommend that you set the price list (even if you have to set it to default)
