    Hi!

    I am trying to import data into the KB-article form. I have created a new entity relationship to article called "Kundmyndighet/Org" M to M, as seen below and using it on the Article-form.

    My thought is to import data from an Excel-sheet, with specifik data about which records (Kronofogden, Skatteverket...) to be included in the this box to the right Article.
    Columns to be included in the Excel-sheet?

    I don't think the Excel Import feature in MSCRM supports importing data for Many to Many relationship.

    You can use it to import the list of articles ("Kundmyndighet/Org") and associate each one of them manually to the KB Article.

    Alternatively, you can always write custom code to import these data.
