I have added some new field to Contact entity, these new field appear on the Merge dialog so now I have a question: how is composed Merge dialog?
What logic is under the hood? how can I control which field are visible in Merge Contact dialog?

26. april 2012 13:49When you merge the form allows to to specify Master Details. Either you can select the master record or you can select individual field to be copied over to the master record.

thank you for your fast reply but my problem is different.
Not every Contact field are in the Contact Merge form, only few field (also custom field) are visible so I can select which to be copied to the master record.
I need to understand how CRM compose the merge dialog so I can drive this behavior.
