Reassigning Licence for office home and student 2007

  Hi

  I have a failed computer and am trying to install on the new one and have the disc etc but the installation fails every time - I think it is because the 3 licences have been used.

  I do not get the screen with the telephone no to reassign the key so any ideas how to help?
