Activation failure

28. oktober 2006 01:11I'm trying to enter my product key number during my activation process, but for some reason it will not take the number. Just recently I've attempted to reboot my computer, but I didn't get the results I wanted. I tried to erase everything and tried to put in a different version of windows on there, and it seemed to have worked but all of the programs and downloads that I had before are still here. Now I'm trying to activate my computer, but it's not working. I've tried to use both product key numbers (my original and my alternative) but it still doesn't work. I don't know what to do. I've tried calling in, but I came up empty handed.

If you want to erase everything and start from scratch, you want to do a "clean installation" of Windows.
