Your installation of Office XP Pro with FrontPage is non-genuine.It is a version of Office which was widely pirated as soon as it was released, and the Key has been blocked by MS for many years.This version of Office was designed only for bulk sales to organisations for use on their own machines. If you bought it in good faith, you were sold a counterfeit.If you are a member of an organisation which is entitled to use such software, then you should contact your System Administrator for assistance.

Uninstall the non-genuine OXP, then activate the Office Pro with your Key

OK, I unstalled the XP Front Page, see no other old non-genuine OXP's in programs, still won't activate as genuine. I re-ran the diagnostic tool, and it came back with some changes. Please advise:

Hello mlinarz,
Here is a snippet of your msot recent mgadiag report:
OGA Data-->
Office Status: 101 Not Activated
Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2007 - 101 Not Activated
OGA Version: Registered, 2.0.48.0

Office Diagnostics: 025D1FF3-364-80041010_025D1FF3-229-80041010_025D1FF3-230-1_025D1FF3-517-80040154_025D1FF3-237-80040154_025D1FF3-238-2_025D1FF3-244-80070002_025D1FF3-258-3Your installation of Office is reporting as Office Professional Plus 2007, which is normally an edition of Office available thru Volume Licensing and available for individual purchase by employees or associates of organizations only when made available thru an organization's use of certain Volume Licensing programs.
From what you posted, I get the impression that your purchase was not along those line, rather, that you purchased this thinking it was a regular retail license for Office Professional 2007 that would be sold to regular consumers.
If so, then it's very likely that you inadvertently purchased nongenuine and/or counterfeit materials. Please visit this page to view some of the characteristics of genuine Microsoft materials for Office: http://www.microsoft.com/howtotell/product.aspx?pID=268a9e75-46a3-4ea1-acc4-cfea26e5ea70&cID=fab9617a-57ff-4789-9397-6dac071b19b0&method=retail&displaylang=en
If you think the product may not be genuine, it's best to return it as soon as possible to the place of purchase for a full refund.

Thanks Dan, I really appreciate the help. The box that the product came in says "Office Professional 2007". The CD's (2 of them) one for the Office Suite and the other for Business contact Manager, had the appropriate seals and holograms. When I look online at ordering Office Professional Plus, they all designate that on the front of the box. I do see where the snippet of the mgadiag report says plus, but I'm not connecting the dots.
Any help?
Dave

Hello mlinarz,
It seems that a very common tactic of software pirates is to make counterfeit copies of Office Professional 2007 with reasonably "good" fakes of the retail package and the discs, but the dead giveaway is that the purported Office Professional 2007 discs actually install Office Professional Plus 2007.
I would strongly encourage you to return the product to the seller for a full refund, if that's possible.
