问题 Microsoft ICE won't install

    I run Windows 7 Professional 64 bit.  I downloaed the 64 bit version of ICE and tried to install it.  I got an error message saying I needed Windows C++ 2010 installed in order to install ICE.  I followed the link on the error message downloaed the C++ package and istalled it.  I tried the ICE installer again.  It still comes up that I need the C++ program.  Help!

    OK, I got the C++ package to install, now when I try and install ICE, I get an error message that I need to install Net Framework 4.  I downloaded it, and when I tried to install, got an error message that it was already installed as part of the operating system.  ICE still won't install.
